User Responsibilities

As a respectable client of Lembda.com, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the successful execution of your project. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, assets, or materials you supply do not violate any applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights. You also agree to use our services for lawful and appropriate purposes only, and to refrain from attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse any part of our technology, codebase, or proprietary processes. Your cooperation and communication throughout the project are essential to meeting deadlines and achieving the desired outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All custom software, code, designs, and digital assets created by Lembda.com as part of a client project become the sole property of the client upon full payment. This includes front-end and back-end code, UI/UX designs, and any original content developed specifically for the project. Lembda.com retains no ownership rights over the final deliverables, except for any third-party components or open-source tools used, which remain governed by their respective licenses. We may retain copies of work for internal portfolio or archival purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

We offer two primary payment models for client flexibility and transparency. You may choose to hire us through our verified freelancing profile, where all transactions and milestones are handled via that platform’s payment system. Alternatively, if you prefer to work directly with Lembda.com, we require a minimum deposit of 20% of the total project cost before any work begins. This upfront payment secures your project slot and initiates development. Remaining payments will follow a milestone-based or custom schedule, as agreed upon in the project scope. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.

Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are based on prompt client communication and timely approvals. Delays in feedback or material provision may extend project timelines.

Revisions & Support

We provide a defined number of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions or post-launch support may be billed separately unless included in the contract.
